Step-by-step recipe

01/ Dampen the filter thoroughly with hot water

02/ Pour away the water

03/ Use coarse grind coffee

04/ Pour 60 ml of water over the coffee

05/ Stir and wait for 30 seconds

06/ Slowly pour in the remaining water

07/ Wait until all the water has dripped down

08/ Total brewing time: 4–5 minutes
